Refund Policy

  • Our individual tickets are refundable if you are unable to make your trip and you give us as much notice as possible. However, if you do not notify us, then your trip and payment will not be refunded. please contact us at customerservice@wroute.com
  • Our MultiPass tickets however are not refundable or transferrable. The person who purchased the MultiPass must be the person taking the ride with us.
  • We will absolutely accommodate your trip if you are running early or late. If there is room available on an earlier/later trip, then we can adjust your departure time. 
  • If you are unable to make your trip that day but would like to book for a different departure date, we are willing to accommodate that change as well. 
  • If you are unable to make your trip and do not have a different time or date readily available but would like to keep your ticket, we will be able to either refund your payment or send you a voucher as compensation to use when you are ready.
  • If you are unable to make your trip but do not notify us, our team will reach out to you to find out your reasoning. 
  • If you are unable to provide valid reasoning (such as you forgot, found a different ride, etc.) then your ride will be forfeit and your payment will not be refunded. If you miss your scheduled ride and do not reach out to us within 24hrs, then your ride will be forfeit and your payment will not be refunded.
